who I am
I am a certified sophrologist (RNCP) and NLP practitioner, specialized in emotional regulation and stress management.
Through an approach that connects the body, mind and emotions, I draw on Sophrology, Neuroscience and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to provide personalized support tailored to each individual.
Because everything begins within us, learning to calm the nervous system, understand emotions and change the way we experience certain situations can profoundly transform our balance and well-being in everyday life.
I work in collaboration with doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, and health and well-being professionals, within a complementary approach that respects their care framework.
Based in Dubai, I offer home-based and online sessions, in both French and English, to an international clientele.
