Sessions

Each session is based on fundamental principles: physical relaxation, mental calming, and visualization.

It also integrates tools from NLP to support change on both mental and emotional levels.

Each session is unique, fully personalized, and tailored to your needs.

It unfolds in three stages:

A time for exchange

The session begins with a moment of welcome and dialogue. This exchange allows us to assess your current state, clarify your needs, and adapt the session according to your evolution.

During the first session, this time is more in-depth in order to better understand your background, habits, and expectations, and to define a clear objective together.

The practice

The session continues with conscious breathing exercises combined with gentle movements, helping to release physical, mental, and emotional tension, and gradually establish a state of overall relaxation.

You are then guided into a sophrology state, combining visualization and deep relaxation, where the body releases tension while the mind remains fully present.

NLP tools may also be integrated to support changes on mental and emotional levels.

A time for integration

The session ends with a moment of exchange about your feelings and experience. This time allows you to anchor the experience, gain perspective, and integrate the benefits of the session.

You will leave with simple tools that you can easily use in your daily life.

Modalities

The first session (1 hour 30 minutes) is designed to explore your background, define your goals, and establish a personalized support plan.

Subsequent sessions (45 minutes to 1 hour) follow a progressive approach aimed at creating meaningful and lasting change.

After each session, you will receive a summary as well as a personalized audio recording to help extend the benefits of the practice.

Consultations are available at home in Dubai or online worldwide.
No special clothing or equipment is required.
