An individual Sophrology session begins with a time for discussion, allowing us to clarify your needs, intentions, and how you are feeling in the moment. This first session lays the foundation for a deeply personalized approach. Following this session, a unique and fully tailor-made protocol is designed. Together, we define a clear objective and the number of sessions required to support you in reaching it, at your own pace. The sessions then combine conscious breathing, gentle movements, deep relaxation, and guided visualization, experienced in a state of conscious relaxation, where the body releases tension while the mind remains present and aware. You remain fully conscious throughout the practice and learn tools that can be easily integrated into your daily life. Consistency is essential: it is through repetition that the body and mind are able to integrate the desired state and anchor the benefits over time. Each session concludes with a moment of integration and reflection, supporting the gradual development of inner calm, emotional balance, and lasting stability.
